      Hey guys,

Is there any way to renice or set a low priority on the lighttpd_pfb process, that tipically take its piece of cpu to perform cron update?

I can notice several short lag spikes in network communication along update on my boxes and wanted to know if there is any way to mitigate it

      Thanks everyone for any tip

If you are not on pfBlockerNG-devel, I would suggest to move to that version as there are many improvements.

          Hey BBcan,

Since I have pfsense boxes in a production environment I do not think it is a good idea to use a -devel package but if you confirm it stable enough I could give it a shot

Ps. Thanks for making pfsense a better product. You are a genius :-)

            Thanks!

There is a whole thread devoted to that... decision is always yours to make :)
