After i upgraded PfBlockerNG i started getting this errors:

      https://pastebin.com/QhagzsBA

      [2.4.3-RELEASE][root@firewall]/usr/local/lib/php: ls
      20170718 build
      [2.4.3-RELEASE][root@firewall]/usr/local/lib/php: pkg check -d
      Checking all packages: 100%

Any help on how to resolve this issue?

I think you are talking about that:
          https://forum.netgate.com/topic/135895/package-update-triggers-only-half-2-4-4-update

That has nothing directly to do with pfBNG but with bad dependency handling for packages having a dependency to PHP packages and therefore triggering (only) a half update to 2.4.4 which leaves you dead in the water.

The steps I outlined in that post helped us getting it back and running (and to a full 2.4.4 update).

Don't forget to upvote 👍 those who kindly offered their time and brainpower to help you!

There is a new update which might fix this issue as well: v2.2.5_16

I upgraded my hardware and did a full restore and had to reinstall the packages and pfblockerng no longer works I don't get any errors it just doesn't work. I then tried pfblockerng-eval and got errors. I then tried uninstalling pfblockerng-eval and tried from scratch with pfblockerng since it wasn't getting errors but it not blocking ads like it did on my old hardware. The one change I did was turn aes-ni on.
