Hi,
I have somewhat of the same problem as mentioned in referenced topic. However, I do have a few IP blocklists setup already, but still no floating rule is created. I have pfBlocker running on 2 interfaces, which i have selected in the list behind the checkbox.
I'm on version 2.1.4_13

After selected the checkbox for the Permit Rule, did you select the interfaces in the field beside the checkbox?

Yes, i did. I also tried deselecting either one and disabling and re-enabling it.
