Force Haproxy session expiration

Using

stick-table type integer size 1k expire 5m
Is only terminating user sessions on Idle ( if user isn't making any requests on that period of time)

Is there a way to force that expiration even if the user is not idle?

I am aware that it is possible with socket and scripting, it's just too complicated for me.

I need this because I have a lot of backends, and number of connected users gets very uneven between all of them.
