Why Darkstat and ntopng Hosts Statistics removes when user disconnects from Network

Kindly can someone help me, i am confused that both darkstat and ntopng host statistics removes when hosts leaves the network. i want to keep all local hosts data saved on my drive. Is it possible or not? i am new to pfSense

This topic is quite old but. Me too. Im new on ntopng how can I save data on my drive ? I want to check usage data mouth by mouth.
