      Buongiorno a tutti,
I'm running pfSense since 2016. From yesterday I have noticed some packets drop over the system log. The block is:

@9(1000000103) block drop in log inet all label "Default deny rule IPv4"

I haven't change nothing, but I can't figure it out, some one can help me?

      Great Wall (pfSense 2.4.3)

A packet got blocked by the default deny rule which is an invisible rule at the bottom of all interface rulesets. What about it? Hard to give you context when we don't even know which interface this came from. This totally normal for a WAN, not so much for LAN.

Show the full firewall log entry and that would probably explain it. I expect it isn't actually a problem, but some out-of-state traffic like a TCP:FA or TCP:R.
