I need to make all traffic from some WAN IP (in another city) as my own, with my IP. How can I do this (not using VPN)?

@johnpoz there is an office of my company in another city and we need to skip through all traffic from this office from some their WAN IP over Gateway in my office and to change their IP with mine.

Then you need a tunnel, be it encrypted (vpn) or not.. Setup a GRE tunnel to route traffic through your connection.

Why can it not be a vpn? Ipsec or openvpn?

Or depending on what the traffic is - just run a proxy.. And bounce off your connection from theirs.
