OpenVPN traffic not routing through Squid

Im trying to route my vpn client traffic to the Squid proxy, but the Virtual interface that OpenVPN uses is not an option to select for Proxy interface binding. Anyone have a idea how to get aorund this?

I just tried that and it is working for me (2.4.4-p2).
Assigned Interface:

Squid bind to OpenVPN Interface:

Maybe you forgot to enable your Interface after adding?

thanks i see i needed to add(enable) the interface even though it was auto created.
