Unreachable portal captive page www.msftconnecttest.com

Hi everyone,
I upgraded my pfsense to the last release and i have a problem with the captive portal.

Many users with Windows 10 are redirected to the page "www.msftconnecttest.com" with the message "you are connected".

I can't go to the portal captive page even if i write the url of the portal.

I saw others posts telling there are problem with the captive portal but they don't mentionned the "msftconnecttest" page.

As well i think the "allowed hostname" is not working well

this is a known issue. it happens because you re-configured your captive portal while you was connected to it.

you should have a look to https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/8616 and https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/4031
