Issue to resolve by DNS name and timeouts?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the issue im having. Currently have OpenVPN working on version 2.4.4. Currently have 2 issues.

1. some users complain about the timeout on the VPN is there a way i can put a longer timeout because they get disconnected
2. when i try to connect to a machine or resolve by name it cannot find it but i can resolve few IPs

ex:

Servidor predeterminado:  havirtual02.mydomain.com.co
Address:  192.168.3.212
> 192.168.3.212
Servidor:  havirtual02.mydomain.com.co
Address:  192.168.3.212

Nombre:  havirtual02.mydomain.com.co
Address:  192.168.3.212

and when i try to find an IP of a computer i get no response

> 192.168.3.160
Servidor:  havirtual02.hagroup.com.co
Address:  192.168.3.212

*** havirtual02.hagroup.com.co no encuentra 192.168.3.160: Non-existent domain
