Ntopng 3.8 on pfSense 2.4.5 (DEV) - Unable to login with password?

I have a new Netgate XG-7100 I recently bought.
I've updated to the latest development snapshot (2.4.5-DEVELOPMENT, from 2019-01-31), and I thought I'd try installing ntopng 0.8.13_3 (which appears to be ntopng-3.8.d20181221_1)
It installed fine, from what I can tell - however, I cannot seem to login successfully - it keeps telling me the password is wrong.
I've tried setting the password multiple times via the Diagnostics, ntopng Settings page - and each time I then try to login it doesn't work.
Is there any way to get under the hood to diagnose what's going on?

Possible it might be related?
There didn't seem to be a definitive answer on that thread - but I may see if I can get another machine to try with a different browser, in case it's say, a Chrome issue. (I'm on MacOS - so assuming Safari might have similar issue, since it's also Webkit).

Works fine for me here. Are both ntopng and redis running?
