Internetverbindung plötzlich langsam

Hallo zusammen,
erstmal sieht meine Konfig ungefähr so aus:

Kurz gesagt, auf meiner Maschine einen/mehrere VPN clients laufen. Der gesamte LAN traffic wird dadurch geroutet. Bisher alles ohne Probleme. (bei Link aggregation ca 450 mbit down an 500 mbit Leitung)
Seit heute morgen - ohne das ich was geändert habe - geht nur noch 2-3 mbit. Am ISP liegts nicht... direkt über die Fritz ist alles schnell... am VPN Prodiver liegts auch nicht: über Clients (PC) an der Fritz ist auch fullspeed.

Meine System activities sehen zz so aus:

Das mit der idle und den fast 100% auslastung verstehe ich nicht.
