Error rm webroot api for domain:dns_duckdns

i'm specting this error, but it generate my certificate fine, at the end of trace log i see:

My certificate y testing mode, on my dns server zone added a cname record:
_acme-challenge IN CNAME _acme-challenge.b1c54c0cu.duckdns.org.
on SAN List added an entry for *.bicsa.co.cu only, enabled alias mod: _acme-challenge.b1c54c0cu.duckdns.org and Enable DNS domain alias mode off, tryed with that option On but get same error at the end however i get the certificate... it is normal or i'm missing some config.
i'm worry because when will pass to production some proccess fail and no get and automatic renovation
