1WAN & 2 LAN on SG-1100?
-
I have one WAN connection and so far have setup one LAN to one of my Synology routers and it works fine. Is it possible to setup the other port to my other Synology that support my IOT devices? The two Synology are on different subnets. I am using the tree dumb router design.

Number OPT1, Add OPT1 firewall rules, and connect the other synology to that subnet?

Got a very odd response from Netgate. I setup an IP for that port 192.168.5.x, the other lan port is 3.x. After which I could not get back into Netgate via web browser or ping it. Console access is fine and internet continue to work. And I did not even turn the port on. I removed the ip address via console but still can not get the GUI. I restore to a previous backup config and now all is well. This is odd indeed.

Not really.
It works fine.
The default configuration is DHCP WAN and 192.168.1.1/24 on LAN. All you have to do is edit Interfaces > OPT1, enable it, and number it with something other than what is on any other interface (like 192.168.2.1/24), add firewall rules to OPT1 to pass the traffic you want to allow, and enable a DHCP server on OPT1.
