Is this a normal behavior with vpp? I'm running a lab with a few tnsr-Instances. Every Instance has 2 vCPUs or more. VM-Environment is proxmox. I've not tested yet under ESXi, however. At every instance 1 Core is always at 100% load.
Yes, that's expected. DPDKs polling mode driver does that.
