hi,
which network management monitoring software do you preconize to monotor pfSense? Nagios, OpenNMS, Zabbix ....?

pfSense has Zabbix v2.2-v4.0 agent packages. It also has a standard SNMP service if you want to go that way. Generally you want to avoid any solution that requires you to manually install an agent.
