Ntop install flag

While installing ntopng on a new install after putting pia in service the
message at the end of the install process:
"To pass a configuration file to ntopng, which overrides any command
line arguments, add something like the following to rc .configuration
Mesaage from redis-4.0.10:
To setup "redis" you need to edit the configuration file: /urs/local/etc/redis.conf To run redis from startup, add redis_enable="YES" in your /etc/rc.conf
Cleaning up cahe....done.
The instructions from PIA that impact on pfsense 2.4.4 p2 tab
VPN/OpenVPM/Clients custom options sections are:
When I enter pfsense console shell and look at the file at the location cited in the instructions
it has no contents.
I would appreciate knowing the likely impact on performance of ntopng or
pfsense if I make these changes.
You can ignore the note from redis, that's just generic FreeBSD package output. All the necessary steps are taken by the ntopng package.
