Cannot access webui of ntopng

I've added, but cannot access the webui of ntopng - I've tried admin and the pass I defined in ntopng settings, as well as admin/admin and <other_admin_username>/settings pass and none work.
User admin is deleted in user manager
Any ideas please?

I don't use it myself so I can't try it out easily, but some other threads show that the user is 'Admin', not 'admin'. Others have said they can't login with Chrome but Firefox works fine.
