Can't access WAN IP address, Squid Guard blocks it

So, in our network we have pfsense firewall with squid guard enabled. When we pass through an WAN IP from LAN, pfsense (squid) blocks. I need to whitelist some specific WAN IP for users to access.

So what is your question? BTW posts about squid and squidguard belong in the Cache/Proxy forum.
