Autenticação Captive Portal + Radius + Tela de Login com opção de cadastro.

Boa Tarde Galera!
Estou realizando um projeto onde necessito que minha rede visitante (Wi-FI) , seja autenticada pelo Captive portal + Radius, mas nessa tela de login gostaria da opção de cadastro para que o usuário mesmo coloca-se CPF e senha e logo em seguida (Apos o cadastro) a navegação seja liberada.
Algum dos colegas já implementou este cenário e poderia me ajudar por gentileza?

I am doing a project where I need my Wi-Fi network to be authenticated by Captive portal + Radius, but in this login screen I would like the registration option so that the user himself places his / her CPF and password and then After registration) the navigation is released.
Have any of your colleagues already implemented this scenario and could you please help me out?

Software Captive Portal - it's the forum where you posted your question 
Hit his button
and sort on "Most posts".The first solution - maybe not up to date - shows the way to go.
Be ware : these are never "click-and-ready" solutions.
Up to tou to write your own captive portal html/php login page.
Up to you to handle your database (mysql or other) storage area.
Up to you to add the FreeRadius support.
Etc etc.You can make it as beautiful as you want.
