      Hi all
How could I run OpenVPN under an unpriviligated User in Windows?
It only runs with a admin user :-(

      Thx
      Stefan

There are several workarounds for that:
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/vpn/openvpn/troubleshooting-windows-openvpn-client-connectivity.html

However since OpenVPN 2.4 the client can be run without rights as far as I know as long as the service is running. Are you actually seeing this issue still?

Uninstall whatever version you have and then install the latest OpenVPN 2.4 client.

It needs admin privileges to install, but not to run.
