I followed a guide on the internet to setup OpenVPN but I never really got it to work right. It had me creating gateways etc. so I finally deleted it but if I try to create a new one using the wizard, I still remnants of the old OpenVPN setup.

When I reboot, even though I don't have OpenVPN setup, I see a message

"Syncing OpenVPN settings. . . done."

then it pauses and then I see what looks like routing errors. Is this normal?

I am just trying to get to a clean start so I can try again with the OpenVPN wizard.

Note: I am running on Hyper-V as a VM if it makes a difference.
