    Hi guys,

when i update to the SNAPSHOT version i received an error during the boot up.
A few days ago i could updated to SNAPSHOT without any problems.

I dont know if i am correct in the section / forum because of it is a issue related to the SNAPSHOT version but maybe here are some guys with the same issue and it is a generally problem?

I already tested it on my virtuell lab and my test lab (hardware, APUC4C Board)

      Hi,,

In a very important folder, /etc/inc/... files are missing.

      Compare https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/tree/master/src/etc/inc with your /etc/inc/

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

Hmm. I install a fresh pfSense with 2.4.4. p1 and could update to the latest stable version without any issue.
When i try to update this version to the SNAPSHOT version it crashed (see screenshot above). I made no changes.

Read the post I linked you to, it details how and where to report issues with the development builds.

Something cause the update to fail partway through. Your output doesn't show what.

Behavior is about the same as several other threads we've had, so probably this: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/9431

                @Sessa45 : a solution might be :
Re install the last released version - something like 2.4.4. p1 - and make WAN work.
                Do nothing else.
                Do not import your config.xml.

Now, upgrade to the bleeding edge : update to the 2.5.0 snapshot.

When all is ok, upgrade, reboot, etc, import your config.xml.

Btw : I wonder : pfSense "2.5.0" snap shotted should work. But you better be sure that all the packages you use are also "2.5.0" ready ...
