The attached file is named ".txt" but when opened with Notepad it looked very like a binary file. Please post a real text file or tell us what program created the file and what options you used.
Also it would be handy to have some more context. Was the trace taken on pfsense or on a DHCP client? What was happening when the trace was taken? What did you expect to happen?

Trace file can be opened in WireShark (you can only attached certain file types)
Trace was taken from an XP SP3 client with no client firewall attached.
The capture looks good. The domain suffix is seen and from my understanding is needed to register the client name in the forwarder. U also can see the DHCP lease that contains the client name:lease 192.168.20.198 {
