      Hi,

I recently bought 2 XG7100 1U and I can't found how to manage each port from native switchs.
In the Interfaces>assignements> I can't see EthX from native switch.
I just see ix0,ix1 and igbX from extension card.
      Please help me.

      Thanks

        Hello -

An overview of the built-in switch in the XG-7100 can be found here:

        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/xg-7100-1u/switch-overview.html

If you have questions after taking a look at that, let us know.

          Thank you Derelict,

I tried to get working config following this documentation, but unfortunately this won't work for me.
Maybe I'm not able to understand all concept exposed ...
I need to have only 8 unswitched and untagged interface so that I can use it for another need.
Can you give me the how (step by step) to get this config ?
The doc does not describe exactly how to do this and its very hard for me to understand the factory config with embedded SFP ports (IX2,IX3 , port 9/10).

          SOS
          Thanks for your help

You would set it up just like this but instead of 2 broadcast domains (switches) you would set up eight using one port each untagged, plus 9t,10t.
