2. I want to block Torrent and P2P on all VMs I already have, how can I block them with pfSense or making hard to reach Torrents, thanks a lot -
You should look into this blog post: https://www.netgate.com/blog/application-detection-on-pfsense-software.html

Open VM-Tools because I'm confused from where and how can I install?
Its just a package you install from the pfsense packages listing. The doc you listed even shows a screenshot of where..

@johnpoz I can't install apps, because server not connected to the Internet, when I enter correct free IP, still no access to the internet, I added one new Network Adapter (Total 3, WAN, LAN, and VMNetwork) in VMNetwork, all VMs can access internet and IP, but not this one,
maybe my configuration has a problem, I did the setup from the guide, I'm sure to did this right -
Well if pfsense can not talk to the internet, how would you use top block p2p traffic?
Pfsense wan network is the network that should be connected (can get to the internet)... Boxes/VMs you put behind this vm pfsense is what you could filter traffic.

I want to block P2P for other VMs, I have 16 VMs, I want to block P2P for them, I'm confused,
-
There traffic would have to Flow throw pfsense for you to do that. So pfsense wan has to be internet, and vms would be on the pfsense lan network.

I did 192.168.1.1/24 automatically created in LAN, then I added new Network Adapter in another VM, but after another VM connected to pfSense, they can't access many websites, when I disable Network Adapter, another VM (running windows 2016) works fine when enabling LAN network many websites will not open!!!!!

Dude I have no idea what your doing - seems you do not as either just creating new networks on pfsense is not going to allow traffic to route through pfsense..
pfsense "WAN" has to get to the internet!!

When I enter Internet IP in WAN, nothing changed, So let me try once more from the first, then let you know
