Should pfBlockerNG show up on Services Drop Down?

I'm on pfSense 2.4.4 PL1

I see some posts that say it should be on the SERVICES drop down.

It's not on mine. I res installed pfBlockerNG.....still not there.

@HansSolo Configuration is listed under Firewall\pfBlockerNG. Status is listed under Status\Services. I'm using the Devel version which is much more plug/play than the Release version.
