Squid with auth LDAP

Hi everyone I have to do my squid proxy for a student project, I followed several tutorials but I'm drying out... When I try to set up, it does ask me for authentication but when I try to connect with my ldap credentials, it doesn't work. I provide you with the images of my configuration and the test I did. To match AD tree, there shouldn't be OU=Info,DC=Info-Tools,DC=lan ?
