Dynamic DNS Clients - PHP Error

When I try to add or edit Dynamic DNS Clients on the last 2.5 snapshot (2.5.0-DEVELOPMENT built on Mon Jun 03 08:47:53 EDT 2019) the page throws a PHP error.

I committed a fix for that yesterday afternoon, it should be in the latest snapshot
