pfblocker only blocking content on half the computers on the network

I have a new machine with a clean install of pfsense and pfblocker using dnsbl feed I am using shallalist and I downloaded a list for blocking porn and social media on https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts. Here is my problem it is only blocking the websites on half the computers I go to one computer it blocks porn and social media and then go to the desk next to it and the websites are not blocked what am I doing wrong ?

Are all the computers looking at your pfSense box for DNS ?

That was it I should of asked first I played with the setting for 2 hours trying to figure this one out
