skype behind proxy server failed saving any data files

Dear Sir/Mam

My Skype Application was connected behind the proxy server of pFsense with squidguard
the target rules list was allow as Default Access [all]

To connect Skype need to set the proxy server IP Address under internet explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings then put check Proxy Server enter the IP Addres to Address and port is 3128 then put check Bypass proxy server for lcoal address then Ok after that i open my Skype Apps in my Desktop PC it appeared username and password and i already logged.

the pproblem is about saving of any files is failed but sending any files was working properly.

my questions is why i cant save files is there any specific port that i need to open it in pfsense firewall or i need to have regular expressions rules under squid proxy
