      Hi,
I have a question to request of your help.

I have Open VPN site to site set up for sites A and B. This is successful and traffic goes both ways. Site A is the server and Site B is the client.

I have a remote OVPN user coming in on another OVPN server in Site A. User can reach Site network. How can I get this remote user to also reach Site B network?

At site B you have to add the access servers tunnel network (where the user gets an IP from) to the "Remote Network/s" in the OpenVPN site-to-site settings, to let the pfSense at B know how to route response packets back.
