      Hi

Logged as user admin, when I click on System - User manager - +Add (URL https://[mypfesenseIP]/system_usermanager.php?act=new), the webGUI shows this page:
      pfSense Bug.png

As you may see, it's like I clicked on the Edit icon on the right hand side of the User Manager page.

It is a completely different bug from the one explained here

      Any help available??

      Thank you

Did you try to add the patch and try it again? As that patch is about editing/using other administrator accounts != admin and you want to create such -> why not test that first before dismissing it as different bug?

OK now that we're sure it's not a side effect of the other bug, let's see. Can you click the "add" button and do a screenshot WITH your URL bar in sight?

And can you then please do that again with another browser you don't normally use and without a password manager and the login credentials saved?

Good point, JeGr!!! My applause for you!!๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘

Using Chromium browser, which I've never used before to access the pfSense WebGUI, when I click on the +Add button, the behavior is the one expected. So I realized that, in Firefox browser, the username and password were filled by the Firefox password manager, but the rest of the fields were blank.

I apologize for such an epic fail ๐Ÿ˜ง . I was anguished because I have to create VPN users urgently and the user manager usualy had worked well for me. Sorry again.

              Thank you very much

Ah shucks! Such things happen. It got me thinking because of the yellow backdrop because I know of no current function in the UI to do that. Also it was one of two password fields filled out. If you edit a user, normally their PW field is completely hidden/empty so you don't accidentally change or remove a character.

So no problem, glad to help.
