      Hi,
I have setup a L2 peer to peer VPN same subnet.
The VPN work good but I check that the multicast traffic didn't work.
I have a set top box from at one side of the VPN that need to comunicate with the satellite from the other side of VPN via Multicast but this traffic didn't cross the VPN tube.
How I can enable the Multicast capabilities?

IGMP Proxy is probably not going to help due to the fact it is a Layer 2 VPN.

@Mamukata what have you done to diagnose that it is not working and why?

            Hi Derelict,
I use Wireshark from one side of the VPN to check the package and the Multicast request from the other side do not cross the VPN tube….
Did you confirm that IGM Proxy didn't work in my peer-to-peer L2 configuration?

I would not think IGMPProxy would be a solution for you but feel free to try it.
