When a pfsense vmware VM is resumed, it takes about 4 minutes to get ready with new IP's etc on the WAN interface. Would rather it was almost instant. Tried changing the DHCP timings on the WAN interface. Didn't work. Tried installing the open-vm-tools package, in the hope that it is similar to the proprietary vmware tools that restart networking on every resume. This did not work either. What else can be done?
