    pfBlockerNG blocks many android apps, how to just unblock gmail app and outlook app for recieving emails?

      pfsense with pfBlockerNG is working great, but I noticed that pfBlockerNG blocks many android mobile apps, could anyone help how to just unblock gmail app and outlook app for receiving emails? Thank you in advance.

        The best way to get the Gmail to work is to ping mail.Google.com to find its IP address Google uses for your region, then add that address to the IP Suppression. Not sure what outlook uses but sure you can find out similarly.

          That not pfblockerng blocks apps, this your configuration blocks apps. So logically you need begin from explain at least what you config are: ip lists with floating rules or dnsbl, what you using? The second look to logs of pfblocker ng. In pfblocker there is Alexa top1k++ list exclude checkbox existing - my recommendation enabled it to not broke all like you did

            @dragoangel That's my same thoughts as well because when I had setup mine, I didn't have to do anything special to access Google services.
