Custom Blacklist not recognized

Having a problem with a custom IP4 Blacklist. Created a custom IP4 blocklist and added the domain I wish to block to the list and selected the Enable Domain/AS option to convert it to the IP addresses. Tried a force upload and getting this error:

[ BlockAccra_custom_v4 ] Downloading update . completed ..
[ pfB_BlockAccra_v4 BlockAccra_custom_v4 ] Custom List: No IPs found! Ensure only IP based Feeds are used! ]

The list is configured as shown. What am I missing?

That domain doesn't resolve to an IP, so you can't use Enable Domain/AS
