As the title says, is there anyway to perform that at everytime pfsense boots up?

I setup my pfsense to use /var and /tmp on RAM so all those files that pfblocker needed for geoip and dnsbl are probably stored there and as you can guess, at reboot those files are gone and pfsense complains of those files missing, the quick fix is just to perform a Force Reload on pfblockerNG and that solves the issue. But I want to automate that. So is there anything I can do like adding a cronjob or a earlyshellcmd so everytime pfsense reboots it pfblocker always goes force reload.

        I tried to add

        /usr/local/bin/php /usr/local/www/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.php update >> /var/log/pfblockerng/pfblockerng.log

as a shellcmd, but it still ran too early. I don't know how to make it sleep for a couple minutes.
