Arpwatch and Bandwidth Package in PfSense

i am havin an issues with arpwatch current base system 2.4.3.3
I installed the arpwatch and bandwidthd packages but bandwidthd does not appear in the services view
what should i do then to make bandwidthd show up? -
enable it - it will not show up as service until its actually enabled.
btw current is 2.4.4p3 was that a typo? There was never a 2.4.3p3 so take it a typo?
