VLAN problem

I try to access from "vlan1" to "vlan3".
Rules are OK.
NAT is  "auto"

when I ping a PC from vlan1 to vlan3, I have reply. But when I try to access to a webconf page of a pc in the vlan3, it's not working.

When I'm in the same vlan (vlan3), I can access to the webconf page.

I'cant find where is the problem. Can you help me?
