Block all streaming audio/video with pfsense

Hi

I look for way to block all streaming audio/video (soundcloud, youtube, dailymontion, soptify...) in my local network, even though a user change his primary DNS Server, to 8.8.8.8

i think to Squid , but it is possible to install him with Openvpn , to make user connect remortly to my network from his home ?

You can install pfBlockerNG-devel and configure it for blocking these categories on Firewall \ pfBlockerNG \ DNSBL \ DNSBL Category page:

then configure DNS redirection fw rule to redirect all DNS queries to pfSense:

Because they offer bad quality only in the morning ?
