TNSR on ESXi 6.7u3 PCI passthrough BLANK after adding to dataplane dpdk dev 0000:0b:00.0 network

Running on 2 Dell PowerEdge 810

After adding to network and dataplane service restart nothing is visible with show interface.

Nothing in the above thread has solved the issue. ..

The adapter is a Broadcom Inc NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 20)
coming up as ens192 and PCI: 0000:0b:00.0

Changing the OS Guest version to CentOS 7 64bit made the Virtual Adapter visible, but as you can see here, the PCI passthrough is not taking...
