I can't get in my dashboard when I'm using a VPN client on my PC

Hello anyone,
I installed pfsense 2.4.4 on one of my old PCs, and I usually get in my pfsense dashboard from my main pc desktop on which a VPN client is installed too.
I set this rule in my pfsense firewall:

I noticed that I can't get in my dashboard when I'm using my VPN cleint on my main pc desktop and when the rule which Blocking DNS queries to external Resolvers 53 (DNS) is enabled.
For the record I set this too in nat:

Can someone please explain me how I can fix this problem without disabling the DNS rule every time I want to be able to get in my dashboard when I'm using a VPN client on my pc?
