pfSense 2.5 LAGG/VLAN traffic shaping not working

I have just upgraded my pfSense box to 2.5 version, and after reboot, i got error messages:

I have a LAGG interface, and 3 "child" VLANs on it. Traffic shaping worked on 2.4.4 with this setup.
