Using Proxy PfSense through OPENVPN with mobile devices

Good morning all,
I hope you can help me ... I use my PfSense Firewall as an internet proxy successfull for desktop clients, notebooks, in general for all devices where you can set the proxy in the browser configuration. The problems are present when I use OPENVPN on mobile devices with IOS or Android join my VPN on the PfSense Firewall / Router: there is no way to go through the Proxy (PfSense itself), therefore the navigation of these devices is not controlled by Squid rules and limitations . If I use OPENVPN with Windows or MAC client, setting ip Proxy on the Browser on port 3128 everything goes well.... is there a way to fix the problem?
