      Hi all,

I have ntopng installed but when I try to access it. Under Status > Services it shows as stopped and can't start it.

      System logs show this:

Feb 3 15:32:59	ntopng [Redis.cpp:111] ERROR: ntopng requires redis server to be up and running
Feb 3 15:32:59	ntopng [Redis.cpp:112] ERROR: Please start it and try again or use -r
Feb 3 15:32:59	ntopng [Redis.cpp:113] ERROR: to specify a redis server other than the default

      Any ideas?

        I got it to work!
I uninstalled few times and even set password manually as suggested by damien_vancouver here but it didn't work. I believe what worked at the end is unchecking "Keep Data/Settings" and uninstalling it. Once ntopng was up it was not recognizing default admin password nor new password that I was setting. I also switched between LAN and WAN interface as well. I've tried so many options that I lost the track :)
