PPTP and 1.2.3

I had thought someone mentioned that the PPTP / GRE issues were supposed to be fixed with the 1.2.3 release as it is running BSD 7.1 – however I have still be unable to find a build that resolves this issue.

Has anyone run into a build where it is fixed?  (this is the issue of more than once PPTP client accessing the same remote PPTP server)

I don't think those fixes hit 1.2.3, I think they were exclusive to the 2.0 line.
