Pass-through MAC automatic additions adds duplicate
My problem is: How to prevents vouchers from being activated after login with duplicate mac address!

The problem is that if a duplicate mac address is detected, the voucher will not be activated and the time will not be counted

The problem isn't "Voucher" in that case.
You've got someone on your network trying to mess things up.
