Failed to block Proxies/VPN app :(

Dear Community,
I've setup snort along with openAPPID , all I want is to block all connections to proxies (external) and VPN Apps to bypass the restriction. I've configured the pfblocker-NG as well and it is working great. But it can not block app level things.
Your valuable input will help me out to over come this issue.
