      Hello community,

I have a question about max number of authentication retries with invalid password. after max number of retries is reached, for example 5 times, i would like to lock user account indefinitely, until admin unlocks it.

      I can't find those settings.

I have set cert/user/pass authentication and that works ok.

I am wondering, if someone tries brute force on user's password, how to prevent that..

      Best regards,

I'd look at using Freeradius as external auth (Radius) server, if needing something like that
